So this past fall I had the opportunity to work for NY Apple Country covering apples of the Hudson Valley and places they are sold and used on the menu. Heritage Food & Drink located at 1370 US9, Wappingers Falls NY was the featured restaurant and Chef Frankie was our super chef for the shoot. Frankie was just amazing and the dishes he created were to die for! A must see for your Food & Drink enjoyment!
